CNSS Employer Declaration

Good day I work for a payroll company in South Africa and we have clients with employees in Morocco. I cannot find an example of the file to be uploaded on the CNSS portal for the monthly declarations. We need to know what the CSV file must look like to develop it. Can someone please provide an example? All the user guides on the Damancom portal are in Arabic, which makes it very difficult.
